Coaching Philosophy
My philosophy of coaching is simple; BALANCE. Triathlon is a lifestyle; however we work your resources and time to fit in with your goals to achieve the outcomes we set. Triathlon is also an individual sport, however we realize the need and benefits of training both in a group and solo and cater programs on an individual basis.
